SHORT-TERM VOLUNTEERING

We always welcome help at the shelter, even if it is volunteering for one day. If you do not want to commit or do not have enough time for long-term volunteering, we invite you to come and walk the dogs. Dog walking takes place: 9:00 – 10:30 and 17:30 – 19:30, we recommend arriving at the beginning of the shift. No need to register in advance. Dress in comfortable clothes and shoes. Young people 16-17 years old must bring their parents’ written consent, and we invite younger volunteers to come with one of their parents. If you want to come with a group of friends, colleagues, then read the “Guest groups” section.

JOIN US!

We invite you to become a volunteer at Lesė and help care for rescue dogs and cats that have been wronged by fate. Non-Lithuanian speakers can contribute by walking dogs during our two shifts per day: morning 9.15 – 11.00 and evening 17.30 – 19.30.

However, if you are 16 years of age you must have written parental permission (if you are 18 and older permission is not required).

See section below for social hours.

It is important to mention that volunteers do not only work at the shelter! We are always looking for copywriters, photographers who can contribute to the content of social networks, layout designers, editors, operators, generators of new ideas, transport and drivers… Or maybe you have a talent? Don’t be afraid and write to nariai@lese.lt, we are always waiting!
